Styled by Zubaidah Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions is a legal agreement between Styled by Zubaidah and you ("affiliate"). By signing up to be an affiliate in the Styled by Zubaidah Affiliate Program ("program") you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please ensure that you read them carefully before signing up.
Definitions:
Agreement - the contents of the contract between Styled by Zubaidah and the Affiliate in respect to the Program
Program - The affiliate program as set out on the Site and is governed by this Agreement
Affiliate - Party who agrees to take part in the Program
Link - a HTML link provided to the Affiliate to link the Affiliate's website to the Site
Site - www.styledbyzubaidah.com website
- The Agreement
1.1. An Affiliate must provide full legal name, valid address, e-mail address and any other information requested in order to create an SBZ Affiliate account.
1.2 An Affiliate must have a valid PayPal address to receive commission payments and include this on their profile during registration.
1.3 Once an Affiliate who has earned more than $600 within the fiscal year they will receive a W-9 form for year-end taxes reporting.
1.3 Styled by Zubaidah reserves the right to update and change the Terms from time to time without notice.
1.4. You may not use the Program for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
Violation of these terms and conditions may result in suspension of your rights to be an Affiliate and result in lost commissions and/or removal from the Program.
- Changes to the Styled by Zubaidah affiliate program terms and conditions
Styled by Zubaidah reserves the right to modify or change the terms of the agreement at any given time. In the case of any modifications of the terms and conditions in this agreement, it is up to the affiliate to monitor their dashboard which is how affiliate will be updated regarding term changes. If the affiliate doesn't accept any modification, the affiliate’s option is to end the agreement. If the affiliate does not terminate their user account this demonstrates agreeance of all new modifications.
- Affiliate account
To become a SBZ affiliate one must be following @styledbyzubaidah and #styledbyzubaidah on Instagram. Affiliate must also have a public profile with over 1000 followers.
In order to enter the Styled by Zubaidah Affiliate Network, the affiliate needs to create a log-in and password. This account allows them to be able to track and view sales, and receive commission payments.
- Legitimate methods of advertising
4.1. Affiliates are allowed to use links, discount codes or any related advertisements provided by Styled by Zubaidah Affiliate program through trackable channels only i.e. Facebook, snapchat, IG & TikTok.
4.2. Affiliates are not allowed to promote any non-affiliate coupon codes provided by other companies in the same post as Styled by Zubaidah items for reposting purposes. If Affiliate chooses to style your SBZ pieces it is allowed however you must submit to SBZ file box without the other company’s information.
4.3. The social media postings should always include the offer, discount code and link provided by Styled by Zubaidah affiliate program.
4.4. Affiliate coupon codes and links are not to be promoted on third party websites such as coupon databases.
4.5. Affiliates are allowed to promote their coupon code and link on their personal social media platforms only and must not share this information on any Styled by Zubaidah social pages or in any Styled by Zubaidah comment section.
4.6. Please note it is strictly forbidden to use Styled by Zubaidah trademark and your affiliate link on any paid advertising channels.
4.7. Any sales that have been generated through improper promotion will result in loss of commission.
4.7. Styled by Zubaidah reserves the right to take legal action against Affiliate that commits fraud or violates these rules.
4.9. Affiliate codes will be changed on a frequent basis and Affiliates will be contacted with their new code, new codes will also be updated in the affiliate’s dashboard. All old codes must be removed and replaced with the new discount code.
4.10. Styled by Zubaidah will not honor any sales that are used with Affiliates old and expired codes.
- Copyrighted material
Styled by Zubaidah will not be responsible if an Affiliate uses another party's copyrighted material in violation of law.
- Payments
6.1. Affiliates receive a commission for sending authorized sales via links/codes provided by Styled by Zubaidah Affiliate Program. The customer must make a purchase by clicking the link on affiliate's website within 30 days of the initial click-through.
6.2. The commission payout is based on price of products sold minus customer’s discount.
6.3. Payments are made once every month typically on the first of the month.
6.4. Commission rates may be changed at any time and can be viewed by logging into affiliate's account.
6.5. It is affiliates responsibility to determine if the discount code has been discontinued and changed.
6.6. The commission is paid only on links/codes that can be tracked and reported by Styled by Zubaidah affiliate program systems. In order for systems to track the referral, the customer must have cookies enabled.
6.7. Refunded payments do not qualify for commission fee.
6.8 Payments may be revoked in the instance that a code is leaked on third party websites. It is the affiliate's responsibility to ensure their code is not leaked.
- Styled by Zubaidah Obligations
Styled by Zubaidah agrees to abide by the following obligations:
7.1. Providing the affiliate with promotional material, such as links, coupon codes, logos and any other photographic materials.
7.2. Processing all orders in a timely manner for products placed by following the affiliate's link/coupon code.
7.3. Tracking the amount of sales generated through the affiliate’s’ link and all social media content via tags and mentions.
7.4. Payment processing, cancellations, returns and other related customer service for Styled by Zubaidah for the purpose of business.
7.5 Providing new promotional products twice a year or every 6 months.
- Affiliate Obligations
8.1 Affiliates are required to post and submit at least one piece of unique, original content to their social media platforms on a bi-weekly basis.
8.2 ONE piece of original content must include at least ONE of the following items: IG feed posts, Reels or TikTok Video. Secondary content may include IG stories (5+ frames).
8.3 Affiliates must generate sales through their personal social media accounts only. Sales through any other channels violate our rules and will cause Affiliate to be terminated from the program.
8.4 Instagram content must tag @styledbyzubaidah.com on the photo and in the caption, plus the hashtag #styledbyzubaidah, in order for Styled by Zubaidah to track all content created.
8.4 All content must be sent directly to the Affiliate program manager via drop box upon posting for accounting purposes and re-sharing opportunities.
8.5 Affiliate must be following @styledbyzubaidah.com and #styledbyzubaidah
8.6 If affiliates are unable to complete content, they may contact the Styled by Zubaidah affiliate manager for assistance and provide reasoning.
8.7 Constant failure to post content within the bi-weekly timeframe will result in an Affiliate being removed from the program.
- The License
9.1. Styled by Zubaidah grants to the Affiliate a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access Styled by Zubaidah site though the link in accordance with the terms of this agreement and in connection with the promotional materials provided and authorized by Styled by Zubaidah.
9.2 Styled by Zubaidah can use content created on social media platforms, website, and ads. Influencer will always be credited.
9.3. Affiliates cannot modify or change any materials provided free by Styled by Zubaidah in any way.
9.4. Any inappropriate use of the promotional material may be cause for immediate termination of the agreement.
- Liability
Styled by Zubaidah will not be liable to the Affiliate for the defects in the service, interruptions in the accessibility to the service, loss of data on the information handling system or viruses, loss of profits, loss caused by any third party deleting, removing, deactivating or tampering with the Affiliate tracking service or other consequential loss of whether arising from neglect or breach of contract.
- Termination
The term of the agreement starts upon Styled by Zubaidah affiliate program acceptance of affiliate's application and can be terminated by either party. Affiliation can be ended with or without cause at any time, by giving the other party notice of termination in the form of e-mail. Upon the termination of the agreement, the affiliate will remove all links to Styled by Zubaidah website, as well as all banners and graphic images provided under the Program.
