The following exchange policy applies to all Styled by Zubaidah purchases made online or in person at our boutiques or pop up shops.
1. FINAL SALES: All sales of Gift cards, lingerie, jewelry and items marked as SALE are final. FINAL SALE items cannot be returned or exchanged.
2. For all other non-sale items, to be eligible for an exchange only, the merchandise must be returned UNWORN with tags intact and must be accompanied by the original proof of payment and exchange form. (Form can be obtained by emailing info@styledbyzubaidah.com)
Exchange request must be received within 14 calendar days from purchase / shipped date.
