Shipping Policy
Order Processing:
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the destination country and the weight of the items in your order. Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected. Typical delivery times are as follows:
- Standard Shipping (Domestic): 5-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping (Domestic): 2-3 business days
- Overnight Shipping (Domestic): 1-2 business days
- International Shipping: Delivery times vary by destination and will be estimated at checkout.
International Shipping:
We offer international shipping to many countries worldwide. Shipping rates are calculated based on the destination country and the weight of your order. Please note that customs fees and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Styled by Zubaidah does not cover any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by your country.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes:
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical address for delivery.
Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number. You can track the status of your shipment using the tracking number provided.
Shipping Restrictions:
We are not responsible for delays or packages lost in transit by the carrier. If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
Theft After Delivery:
If your package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier but is stolen from your porch or while in your possession, Styled by Zubaidah is not responsible for the theft. We strongly recommend that you file a claim with your local police department in such cases.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, including any insurance. For exchanges, we offer free return shipping. Please initiate returns or exchanges through our returns/exchange portal.
Incorrect Shipping Address:
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, the package may be returned to us, or it may be lost in transit. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for additional shipping charges.
Damaged or Lost Packages:
If your package arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Styled by Zubaidah is not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping. We recommend purchasing insurance for your shipment if the value exceeds $75.
